About CIC
Who we are
County Island Community (CIC) is a loosely organized, representative group of residents from the 13 county islands in the Peoria MPA.
We live inside Peoria's planning area, but we are not part of the city. No city council speaks for us, and no local body is focused on our needs.
CIC exists to fill that gap. Neighbors speak up together so every island is heard.
CIC is [ENTITY STATUS].
Our area
There are 13 county islands, each with its own geography. Together they hold about [HOUSEHOLD COUNT] households. See the islands.
Our homes are in unincorporated Maricopa County. We do not vote in Peoria city elections.
